Upload requirements: formats, file size and maximum video length

Which formats your platform supports?

You can upload your files in MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV, MP3, WAV formats.
Please make sure, that your video encoded with MPEG-4 AAC, H.264 codecs.

What is the maximum file size and maximum video lenght?

For users with subscriptions, there are no specific limitations on the duration and size of uploaded videos.

However, if you encounter any issues with videos longer than 3 hours, we recommend dividing them into two parts and translating them separately. Also we recommend to upload files that do not exceed 10 GB, as larger files may not be processed correctly.
This approach ensures smoother processing and helps maintain optimal performance.
