Why is my old project archived and how to restore it?

During repository maintenance in 2025, some previously created projects may have been unintentionally affected, making them unavailable when you try to open them.

To restore access to affected projects, we have implemented a recovery script that starts the unzipping process when you open a project.

How to restore access to your project

1. Open the affected project once. This triggers the recovery script and begins unzipping the project’s files.

2. Allow approximately 5 hours for the process to complete. The project may remain unavailable while unzipping is in progress. Count this time from when you open the project to start recovery.

3. Try opening the project again after approximately 5 hours. Once the process is complete, the project should become available.

If your project is still unavailable

If 5 hours have passed since you opened the project and you still cannot access it, contact our Support Team through support chat or by email at support@rask.ai.
