Monthly Plan
- Price: $39/month
- Included videos: 15 new videos each month
- Billing: Charged monthly until canceled
- How it works: Every month, a new batch of 15 video credits is added to your account at the same price.
🎬 Extra videos: If you run out, you can purchase as many as you need at $2.60 per video.
Yearly Plan
- Price: $280 billed once per year
- Equivalent monthly cost: $23.33/month (save 40% vs monthly)
- Included videos: 180 videos added upfront
- Billing: Charged annually, subscription valid for one full year
- How it works: All 180 video credits are added to your account immediately and are valid for the entire year.

What happens if I run out of videos?
No problem! You can purchase additional video credits at any time:
- Monthly subscribers: $2.60 per extra video
- Yearly subscribers: $1.55 per extra video
How do I purchase additional video credits?
In order to purchase additional video credits follow these steps:
1. From your Projects Dashboard, click on the number of video credits in the bottom-left corner. This will take you to your Subscription Settings.
2. Click Get more videos button
- Use the slider to select a set amount of credits (5, 10, 25, or 50).
- Or, enter the exact number of credits you need manually into the input field.
4. Review your selection and, once you’re ready, proceed to Checkout to confirm the payment.
How can I cancel my subscription?
All ScaleAds subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled manually. You can cancel anytime by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile picture and name in the bottom-left corner.

2. In the top-left corner, click on Settings.

3. Go to My Subscription.

4. Click on Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.

After canceling, your subscription and any remaining video credits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. At that point, the subscription will automatically close and you won't be able to use the product anymore.
Can I use my video credits without a subscription?
No. An active subscription is required to access ScaleAds. You can only use your video credits while your subscription is active. Once the subscription ends, unused credits are no longer available.
Do unused video credits roll over?
No. Unused video credits expire at the end of each billing cycle:
- Monthly Plan: Any unused credits expire at the end of the month.
- Yearly Plan: You receive all 180 credits upfront, which remain valid until the end of your 12-month subscription period.
