# June 3, 2025 – Major Voiceover Pipeline Upgrade for Better Quality and Reliability

## We've completed our biggest voiceover pipeline refactor to date, bringing you significantly improved voiceover quality and fixing several persistent issues that were affecting your video projects.

**Enhanced Voiceover Quality & Reliability**

This comprehensive upgrade addresses the core technology behind our voiceovers, including improvements to our in-house forced alignment system that ensures the most precise text timings and audio speech alignment in your generated voiceovers.

The refactor eliminates several frustrating issues you may have encountered: voiceovers that would mysteriously shift one segment earlier than expected, unwanted "breaktime" phrases appearing in your audio, and dates or numbers being translated and pronounced incorrectly.

Your voiceover now matches segment timestamps in the editor exactly as you see them, without any automatic background adjustments based on optimal speech tempo. Previously, the system would make these adjustments behind the scenes, causing unexpected speech shifts that were difficult to understand and correct.
