June 10, 2025 – Smarter Plan Upgrades with Prorated Minutes

When you upgrade to a higher plan, you'll now receive minutes proportionate to the days remaining in your current billing cycle, instead of getting the full minute difference between plans.

For example, if you're halfway through your billing cycle when upgrading, you'll receive approximately half the additional minutes rather than the full amount.

While upgrade charges have always been prorated based on your remaining billing days, now your minute allocation works the same way. This creates consistency across the entire upgrade process - you pay proportionately and receive minutes proportionately.
