We've resolved processing issues with longer videos and added the ability to purchase additional minutes on Creator Pro plans, giving you more flexibility without needing to upgrade.
Long Videos Now Process Reliably
Videos between 1.5-2 hours (and even longer ones up to 2.5 hours) should now process smoothly from start to finish. We've been dealing with memory limitations on our workers that were causing transcription, translation, or dubbing to fail specifically for longer content.
Those memory constraint issues are now completely resolved, so your feature-length content will process reliably without unexpected failures.
Additional Minutes Now Available for Creator Pro
Creator Pro users can now purchase additional minutes at $3 per minute - the same rate available to Business plan users. Previously, if you ran out of minutes on Creator Pro, your only options were to upgrade to a higher package or switch to a different plan tier entirely.
This new flexibility works perfectly with our recent prorated minute system. Instead of upgrading and potentially getting more than you need (or having to upgrade too high to get a required number of minutes due to proration behavior), you can now add exactly the specific volume of minutes you require for your current projects. It's predictable, straightforward, and doesn't require any plan changes - just click "Buy additional minutes" button in your Account settings.
