# July 15, 2025 – More Reliable AI Voice Presets with New Provider

## We've switched to new AI voice preset providers to deliver a much more stable dubbing experience, especially for languages where voice cloning isn't yet available.

You'll now enjoy consistent reliability when using AI voice presets for your projects. Previously, users frequently encountered frustrating failures when trying to dub with AI voice presets - sometimes affecting specific languages, other times causing all presets to fail completely.

These instabilities were caused by errors on our previous provider's end, including overload issues and other technical problems that were outside our control. This was particularly problematic for languages where voice cloning options aren't available yet, leaving users with no alternatives when presets failed.

**Same Voices, Better Reliability**

The good news? You keep access to the same AI voice presets you're familiar with, but now they work consistently without the constant errors that were disrupting your workflow.

Voice cloning features (both instant and custom voice clones) remain unchanged - this improvement specifically targets the reliability of our preset voice library.
